Shipping & delivery

Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier the next business day after purchase. Because each piece is made by hand, orders containing larger or more intricate items may occasionally need a little extra preparation time. If a delay is expected, we’ll email you right away.

Preparation time and carrier transit time are separate: the preparation above happens in our workshop, and the delivery estimate below starts once the package is with the carrier.

• Free U.S. shipping on all orders over $65.

• We ship via the U.S. Postal Service from Texas.

• A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–5 business days of shipping. Please allow extra time during holidays and peak ceremony seasons. International shipping times vary by destination.

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to follow your package. If tracking shows your order delivered but you can’t find it, check with household members and neighbors first, then reach out to us. We’ll help you work with the carrier to locate it.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot redirect a package once it’s in the carrier’s hands, and orders returned to us due to an incorrect address will need to be reshipped at the buyer’s expense.

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and, if possible, photos of the damage. We’ll replace or refund the affected pieces.
