Ifá is a discipline, and the tools that serve it are working instruments rather than ornaments: the mazo de Orunmila, the ildé and eleke de Orunmila, and the complementary pieces a babalawo or apetebí keeps close.

“The Makuto was perfect. It looks even better than the pictures. Also, they use very, very fast shipping and they have cool packaging and stickers with their Botanica's logo on it.”

About the Herramientas de Ifá

Herramientas de Ifá — handmade tools for Babalawos, apetebís and serious students of Orunmila and the Ifá tradition, made in the green and yellow that belong to him.

Ifá is a discipline, and the tools that serve it are working instruments rather than ornaments: the mazo de Orunmila, the ildé and eleke de Orunmila, and the complementary pieces a babalawo or apetebí keeps close. Each is made by hand with clean ashé, in the colours the tradition gives Orunmila.

Everything here is spiritually aligned but not consecrated, as preparation belongs to a person's own initiation and elders.
